A popular 18:30 opens and everyone taps at once. Each bike is sold once, and the database itself refuses a second booking. If two members hit the same bike at the same moment, one gets it and the other sees what is still free, straight away.

A place frees at 17:40 for the 18:30. Set the queue to book straight in and the next member is in the class by 17:41, or have the place offered to them first. Either way, nobody at your desk moves anyone by hand.

Empty bikes in a full class cost you twice. Members are told a cancellation is late before they confirm it, and any fee goes to your Stripe account. At the desk, check in riders, mark absences and undo a mis-tap from one roster.

Can my layout include the instructor podium and odd-shaped rows?
Odd rows, yes: leave a cell empty wherever the room has a gap. A podium or a pillar is a blocked cell nobody can book.
What happens when the class is full?
Members join the queue. When a bike frees up, the next rider is offered it or booked straight in, whichever you choose.
