Late cancellations
Late cancellations, flagged before they happen
A reformer class cancelled at 08:55 is a reformer you cannot sell. Before a member confirms, they are told when a cancellation is late and that a fee may apply. Set the window per class type, studio or business, and the fee per studio or business. Blocking bookings for unpaid fees is up to you, set per studio, and it is off until you turn it on.

Add locations as you open them. Staff roles are scoped to the locations people run: a manager at one studio can see another’s timetable but cannot change it. Card payments go to a Stripe account in your studio’s name.

Class-pack credits are the part that goes wrong in a migration. We move your members and their remaining credits across with you, on a call.

Yes. They see your floor and pick the reformer they want. If it is taken, they see what is still free.
Can I run mat pilates as well?
Yes. Mat classes use an open-floor room with a headcount instead of numbered spots.
Does it work for barre or tower classes?
Yes, as a row or a grid of spots. Any machine can be its own spot type with its own credit cost. Barre studio software.
